STUDIES OF COMPLETED PROJECTS.

SEC. 401. STUDIES OF COMPLETED PROJECTS. The Secretary shall conduct a study under section 216 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (84 Stat. 1830) of each of the following completed projects: (1) Escambia bay and river, florida.—Project for navigation, Escambia Bay and River, Florida. (2) Illinois river, havana, illinois.—Project for flood control, Illinois River, Havana, Illinois, authorized by section 5 of the Flood Control Act of June 22, 1936 (49 Stat. 1583). (3) Spring lake, illinois.—Project for flood control, Spring Lake, Illinois, authorized by section 5 of the Flood Control Act of June 22, 1936 (49 Stat. 1584). (4) Port orford, oregon.—Project for navigation, Port Orford, Oregon, authorized by section 301 of the River and Harbor Act of 1965 (79 Stat. 1092).
