SEC. 438. WILD RICE RIVER, MINNESOTA. The Secretary shall prepare a general reevaluation report on the project for flood control, Wild Rice River, Minnesota, authorized by section 201 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (84 Stat. 1825). In carrying out the reevaluation, the Secretary shall include river dredging as a component of the study.
