SEC. 445. BOGUE BANKS, CARTERET COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. The Secretary shall expedite completion of a study under section 145 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1976 (33 U.S.C. 426j) on the expedited renourishment, through sharing of the costs of deposition of sand and other material used for beach renourishment, of the beaches of Bogue Banks in Carteret County, North Carolina, including Atlantic Beach, Pine Knoll Shores Beach, Salter Path Beach, Indian Beach, and Emerald Isle Beach.
