SEC. 451. CLIFF WALK IN NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND. The Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the project deficiencies and identify the necessary measures to restore the project for Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island, to meet its authorized purpose.
