SEC. 453. DREDGED MATERIAL DISPOSAL SITE, RHODE ISLAND. In consultation with the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Secretary shall conduct a study to determine the feasibility of designating a permanent site in the State of Rhode Island for the disposal of dredged material.
