SEC. 110. BENEFICIAL USES OF DREDGED MATERIAL. The Secretary may carry out the following projects under section 204 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (33 U.S.C. 2326): (1) Houma navigation canal, louisiana.—Project to make beneficial use of dredged material from a Federal navigation project that includes barrier island restoration at the Houma Navigation Canal, Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. (2) Mississippi river gulf outlet, mile −3 to mile −9, louisiana.—Project to make beneficial use of dredged material from a Federal navigation project that includes dredging of the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet, mile −3 to mile −9, St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. (3) Mississippi river gulf outlet, mile 11 to mile 4, louisiana.—Project to make beneficial use of dredged material from a Federal navigation project that includes dredging of the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet, mile 11 to mile 4, St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. (4) Plaquemines parish, louisiana.—Project to make beneficial use of dredged material from a Federal navigation project that includes marsh creation at the contained submarine maintenance dredge sediment trap, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana.114 STAT. 2587 (5) St. louis county, minnesota.—Project to make beneficial use of dredged material from a Federal navigation project in St. Louis County, Minnesota.
