SEC. 511. CLEAR I AKE BASIN, CALIFORNIA. Amounts made available to the Secretary by the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2000 (113 Stat. 483 et seq.) for the project for aquatic ecosystem restoration, Clear Lake basin, California, to be carried out under section 206 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (33 U.S.C. 2330), may be used only for the wetlands restoration and creation elements of the project.
