SEC. 518. LAKE MICHIGAN DIVERSION, ILLINOIS. Section 1142(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–20 note; 100 Stat. 4253; 113 Stat. 339) is amended by inserting after “2003” the following: “and $800,000 for each fiscal year beginning after September 30, 2003,”.
