EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE.

SEC. 206. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE. The Administrator may make grants to any State, local, or territorial government agency with jurisdiction over coral reefs for emergencies to address unforeseen or disaster-related circumstance pertaining to coral reefs or coral reef ecosystems.
