SEC. 306. UPDATE OF REPORT ON EFFECTS OF FOREIGN ESPIONAGEON UNITED STATES TRADE SECRETS. Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of Central Intelligence shall submit to Congress a report that updates and revises, as necessary, the report prepared by the Director pursuant to section 310 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (Public Law 106–120; 113 Stat. 1606).
