AUTHORIZATION OF FUNDS FOR CHEMICAL DEMILITARIZATION PROGRAM

SEC. 107. AUTHORIZATION OF FUNDS FOR CHEMICAL DEMILITARIZATION PROGRAM Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Defense for fiscal year 1988 for the destruction of lethal chemical agents and munitions in accordance with section 1412 of the Department of Defense Authorization Act, 1986 Public Law 99–145; 99 Stat. 747, in the amount of $125,100,000, of which— (1) $94,100,000 shall be for operation and maintenance; (2) $11,500,000 shall be for research, development, test and evaluation; and (3) $19,500,000 shall be for procurement.
