SEC. 103. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER LAWS. Nothing in this title shall be construed to diminish the trust responsibility of the United States under applicable law to the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, to individual Indians, or to Indians with trust allotments within the Community’s reservation.
