SEC. 832. MIXED FUNDING SOURCES. Section 202(h)(6) of the Housing Act of 1959 (12 U.S.C. 1701q(h)(6)) is amended— (1) by striking “non-Federal sources” and inserting “sources other than this section”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new sentence: “Notwithstanding any other provision of law, assistance amounts provided under this section may be treated as amounts not derived from a Federal grant.”.
