SEC. 706. OPERATING ASSISTANCE FOR MIGRANT FARMWORKERS PROJECTS. The last sentence of section 521(a)(5)(A) of the Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. 1490a(a)(5)(A)) is amended by striking “project” and inserting “tenant or unit”.
