SEC. 1234. CONFORMING CHANGE TO THE INTERNATIONAL RANKING ACT OF 1978. Section 4(b) of the International Banking Act of 1978 (12 U.S.C. 3102(b)) is amended in the second sentence, by striking paragraph (1) and by redesignating paragraphs (2) through (4) as paragraphs (1) through (3), respectively.
