SEC. 1104. ELIMINATION OF CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. (a) Export-Import Bank.—The Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C. 635 et seq.) is amended— (1) in section 2(b)(1)(D)— (A) by striking “(i)”; and (B) by striking clause (ii); (2) in section 2(b)(8), by striking the last sentence; (3) in section 6(b), by striking paragraph (2) and redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (2); and 114 STAT. 3032 (4) in section 8, by striking subsections (b) and (d) and redesignating subsections (c) and (e) as subsections (b) and (c), respectively. (b) Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.—Section 17 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. 1827) is amended by striking subsection (h).
