ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION.

SEC. 403. ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION. (a) In General.—The President is authorized to establish a commission to be known as the Pacific Charter Commission (hereafter in this title referred to as the “Commission”). (b) Expiration of Authority.—The authority to establish the Commission under this section shall expire at the close of December 31, 2002.
