Office of Administration salaries and expenses For necessary expenses of the Office of Administration, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109 and 3 U.S.C. 107, and hire of passenger motor vehicles, $39,198,000, of which $8,806,000 shall be available for a capital investment plan which provides for the continued modernization of the information technology infrastructure.
