Sec. 651. (a) Section 7001 of Public Law 105–174 (112 Stat. 91)is amended by striking each place it appears “for purposes of the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and ending on September 30, 1999,” and inserting “May 1, 1998,”. (b) Section 1109 of Public Law 105–261 (112 Stat. 2143) is repealed.
