DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY Operation and Maintenance, Southeastern Power Administration (rescission) Of the funds made available under this heading in Public Law 105–245 and prior Energy and Water Development Acts, $3,000,000, are rescinded. Nuclear Waste Disposal (rescission) Of the funds made available under the heading “Department of Energy—Energy Programs—Nuclear Waste Disposal Fund” in the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 1998 (Public Law 105–62), $4,000,000 is rescinded, to be derived from the amount specified under such heading for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to license a multi-purpose canister design.
