SEC. 332. CONTRACTING AUTHORITY FOR DEFENSE WORKING CAPITAL FUNDED INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES. Section 2208(j)(1) of title 10, United States Code, as amended by section 331, is further amended— (1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “or remanufacturing” and inserting “, remanufacturing, and engineering”; (2) in subparagraph (A), by inserting “or a subcontract under a Department of Defense contract” before the semicolon; and (3) in subparagraph (B), by striking “Department of Defense solicitation for such contract” and inserting “solicitation for the contract or subcontract”.
