SEC. 352. UNIFIED SCHOOL BOARDS FOR ALL DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DOMESTIC DEPENDENT SCHOOLS IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF PUERTO RICO AND GUAM. Section 2164(d)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: “The Secretary may provide for the establishment of one school board for all such schools in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and one school board for all such schools in Guam instead of one school board for each military installation in those locations.”.
