SEC. 902. MINIMUM INTERVAL FOR UPDATING AND REVISING DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE STRATEGIC PLAN. Section 306(b) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “, and shall be updated and revised at least every three years.” and inserting a period and the following: “The strategic plan shall be updated and revised at least every three years, except that the strategic plan for the Department of Defense shall be updated and revised at least every four years.”.
