SEC. 103. AIR FORCE. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2000 for procurement for the Air Force as follows: (1) For aircraft, $9,758,886,000. (2) For missiles, $2,395,608,000. (3) For ammunition, $467,537,000. (4) For other procurement, $7,158,527,000.
