SEC. 114. MULTIPLE LAUNCH ROCKET SYSTEM. The Secretary of the Army may make available, from funds appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 101(2), an amount not to exceed $500,000 to complete the development of reuse and demilitarization tools and technologies for use in the demilitarization of Army Multiple Launch Rocket System rockets.
