SEC. 671. PAYMENT FOR UNUSED LEAVE IN CONJUNCTION WITH A REENLISTMENT. Section 501 of title 37, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting “, termination of an enlistment in conjunction with the commencement of a successive enlistment (without regard to the date of the expiration of the term of the enlistment being terminated),” after “honorable conditions”; and (2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking “, or entering into an enlistment,”.
