SEC. 676. ADMINISTRATION OF SELECTED RESERVE EDUCATION LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM FOR COAST GUARD RESERVE. Section 16301 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(g) The Secretary of Transportation may repay loans described in subsection (a)(1) and otherwise administer this section in the case of members of the Selected Reserve of the Coast Guard Reserve when the Coast Guard is not operating as a service in the Navy.”.
