SEC. 1108. SALARY SCHEDULES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR FACULTY AND STAFF OF THE UNIFORMED SERVICES UNIVERSITY OF THE HEALTH SCIENCES. Section 2113(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: “(3) The limitations in section 5373 of title 5 do not apply to the authority of the Secretary under paragraph (1) to prescribe salary schedules and other related benefits.”.113 STAT. 779
