SEC. 2403. MILITARY HOUSING IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. Of the amount authorized to be appropriated by section 2405(a)(8)(C), $2,000,000 shall be available for credit to the Department of Defense Family Housing Fund established by section 2883(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code.
