SEC. 2856. CLARIFICATION OF LAND EXCHANGE, NAVAL RESERVE READINESS CENTER, PORTLAND, MAINE. (a) Clarification on Conveyee.—Subsection (a)(1) of section 2852 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1999 (division B of Public Law 105–261; 112 Stat. 2220) is amended by striking “Gulf of Maine Aquarium Development Corporation, Portland, Maine (in this section referred to as the ‘Corporation’)” and inserting “Gulf of Maine Aquarium Development Corporation, Portland, Maine, a non-profit education and research institute (in this section referred to as the ‘Aquarium’)”. (b) Conforming Amendments.—Such section is further amended by striking “the Corporation” each place it appears and inserting “the Aquarium”.
