SEC. 3297. REPORT CONTAINING IMPLEMENTATION PLAN OF SECRETARY OF ENERGY. Not later than January 1, 2000, the Secretary of Energy shall submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives a report containing the Secretary’s plan for the implementation of the provisions of this title.
