AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 203. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 5 of such Act is amended— (1) by inserting “(a)” before “There”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: 102 STAT. 2781 “(b) There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to acquire areas described in section 2(2) such sums as may be necessary, which shall remain available until expended.”.
