Sec. 754. Section 889 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 is amended— (1) in the heading, by inserting “HARRY K. DUPREE” before “STUTTGART”; (2) in subsection (b)(1)— (A) in the heading, by inserting “HARRY K. DUPREE” before “STUTTGART”; and (B) in subparagraphs (A) and (B), by inserting “Harry K. Dupree” before “Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center” each place it appears.
