Sec. 763. Section 1232(a) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3832(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (9), by adding “and” after the semicolon at the end; (2) in paragraph (10), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; and (3) by striking paragraph (11).
