SEC. 205. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE COSTS. Non-Federal interests shall be responsible for the cost of operating and maintaining the project, except for those costs associated with implementation of section 204 of this title, and to fulfill the purpose of mitigating losses to anadromous fisheries resources.
