REHABILITATION AND BETTERMENT AUTHORIZATION.

SEC. 212. REHABILITATION AND BETTERMENT AUTHORIZATION. For purposes of encouraging water conservation and improvements to water supply systems of the irrigation districts participating in the project authorized by this title, Stanfield and Westland Irrigation Districts shall be eligible to receive financial assistance, 102 STAT. 2795in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000 each, as deemed appropriate by the Secretary, under provisions of the Rehabilitation and Betterment Act of October 7, 1949 (63 Stat. 724), as amended.
