SEC. 335. CIVIL RECOVERY FOR NONAPPROPRIATED FUND INSTRUMENTALITY COSTS RELATED TO SHOPLIFTING. Section 3701(b)(1)(B) of title 31, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the comma at the end the following: “, including actual and administrative costs related to shoplifting, theft detection, and theft prevention”.
