SEC. 402. REVISION IN PERMANENT END STRENGTH MINIMUM LEVELS. Section 691(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (2), by striking “372,000” and inserting “376,000”; and (2) in paragraph (4), by striking “357,000” and inserting “358,800”.
