SEC. 616. ELIGIBILITY FOR CERTAIN CAREER CONTINUATION BONUSES FOR EARLY COMMITMENT TO REMAIN ON ACTIVE DUTY. (a) Aviation Officers.—Section 301b(b)(4) of title 37, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “or is within one year of completing such commitment”. 115 STAT. 1137 (b) Surface Warfare Officers.—Section 319(a)(3) of such title is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “or is within one year of completing such commitment”.
