CONTINUATION OF RESERVE COMPONENT PROFESSIONAL MILITARY EDUCATION TEST.

SEC. 529. CONTINUATION OF RESERVE COMPONENT PROFESSIONAL MILITARY EDUCATION TEST. (a) Continuation of Concept Validation Test.—During fiscal year 2002, the Secretary of Defense shall continue the concept validation test of Reserve component joint professional military education that was begun in fiscal year 2001 at the National Defense University. 115 STAT. 1104 (b) Pilot Program.—If the Secretary of Defense determines that the results of the concept validation test referred to in subsection (a) warrant conducting a pilot program of the concept that was the subject of the test, the Secretary shall conduct such a pilot program during fiscal year 2003. (c) Funding.—The Secretary shall provide funds for the concept validation test under subsection (a) and for any pilot program under subsection (b) from funds appropriated to the Secretary of Defense in addition to those appropriated for operations of the National Defense University.
