SEC. 538. MODIFICATION OF NURSE OFFICER CANDIDATE ACCESSION PROGRAM RESTRICTION ON STUDENTS ATTENDING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITH SENIOR RESERVE OFFICERS’ TRAINING PROGRAMS. Section 2130a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(2), by striking “that does not have a Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Program established under section 2102 of this title”; and (2) in subsection (b)(1), by inserting before the semicolon at the end “or that has a Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Program for which the student is ineligible”.
