SEC. 2001. SHORT TITLE; DEFINITION. (a) Short Title.—This division may be cited as the “Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2002”. (b) Definition of Fiscal Year 2001 Defense Authorization Act.—In this division, the term “Spence Act” means the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001, as enacted into law by Public Law 106–398 (114 Stat. 1654).
