MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2001 PROJECTS.

SEC. 2205. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2001 PROJECTS. (a) Authorized Construction and Land Acquisition.—The table in section 2201(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001 (division B of the Spence Act; 114 Stat. 1654A—395) is amended— 115 STAT. 1290 (1) in the item relating to Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Puget Sound, Washington, by striking “$100,740,000” in the amount column and inserting “$102,460,000”; (2) in the item relating to Naval Station, Bremerton, Washington, by striking “$11,930,000” in the amount column and inserting “$1,930,000”; and (3) by striking the amount identified as the total in the amount column and inserting “$803,217,000”. (b) Planning and Design.—Section 2204(a) of that Act (114 Stat. 1654A-398) is amended— (1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “$2,227,995,000” and inserting “$2,208,407,000”; and (2) in paragraph (4), by striking “$73,335,000” and inserting “$53,747,000”. (c) Conforming Amendment.—Section 2204(b)(4) of that Act (114 Stat. 1654A-398) is amended by striking “$10,280,000” and inserting “$14,000,000”.
