SEC. 2106. MODIFICATION OF AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2000 PROJECTS. Section 2104 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (division B of Public Law 106–65; 113 Stat. 826), as amended by section 2105(c) of the Spence Act; 114 Stat. 1654A-393), is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “$2,358,331,000” and inserting “$2,321,931,000”; and (B) in paragraph (1), by striking “$930,058,000” and inserting “$893,658,000”; and (2) in subsection (b)(7), by striking “$102,500,000” and inserting “$138,900,000”.
