STATE PRENOTIFICATION OF TESTING.

SEC 208. STATE PRENOTIFICATION OF TESTING. Section 211(a) of the Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Act of 1979 (49 U.S.C. App. 2010(a)) is amended by inserting after the first sentence the following new sentence: “Prior to requiring such testing, the Secretary shall notify the appropriate State official in the State in which the affected pipeline facility is located.”.
