SEC. 3305. ACCELERATION OF REQUIRED DISPOSAL OF COBALT IN NATIONAL DEFENSE STOCKPILE. Section 3305(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1998 (Public Law 105–85; 50 U.S.C. 98d note), as amended by section 3304(b) of this Act, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “2003” and inserting “2002”; 115 STAT. 1391 (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “2004” and inserting “2003”; (3) in paragraph (3), by striking “2005” and inserting “2004”; (4) in paragraph (4), by striking “2006” and inserting “2005”; and (5) in paragraph (5), by striking “2007” and inserting “2006”.
