Sec. 525. Funds appropriated by this Act, except funds appropriated under the headings “Peace Corps” and “Trade and Development Agency”, may be obligated and expended notwithstanding 115 STAT. 2147section 10 of Public Law 91–672 and section 15 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956.
