Sec. 592. This Act may he cited as the Kenneth M. Ludden Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, Fiscal Year 2002. This Act may be cited as the “Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2002”.
