Sec. 218. Section 582 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290hh–1(f) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(g) Short Title.—This section may be cited as the ‘Donald J. Cohen National Child Traumatic Stress Initiative’.”. This title may be cited as the “Department of Health and Human Services Appropriations Act, 2002”.115 STAT. 2202
