Sec. 8102. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Act, the total amount appropriated in this Act is hereby reduced by $262,000,000, to reduce cost growth in travel, to be distributed as follows: “Operation and Maintenance, Army”, $21,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, $14,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps”, $4,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force”, $180,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Defense-wide”, $20,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Army Reserve”, $4,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Navy Reserve”, $2,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance, Air Force Reserve”, $5,000,000; “Operation and Maintenance. Army National Guard”, $6,000,000; and “Operation and Maintenance, Air National Guard”, $6,000,000.
